Professional Entry

• 5 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 at a supervisory/junior management level.

OR Educational Pathway

• A relevant Level 3 qualification or CILT Certificate AND at least 3 years relevant work experience, OR
• A relevant Level 4 qualification or above AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession, OR
• CILT Professional Diploma AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession.

£14.75 a month / £177.00 annually

Chartered Member (CMILT)

Chartered Membership ensures your expertise is recognised by employers and society at large.

Professional Entry

• 7 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years at a senior level.

OR Educational Pathway

• An accredited degree AND at least 4 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level), OR
• The relevant Level 6 qualification or the CILT Advanced Diploma AND at least 5 years in the profession (including 2 years at senior level), OR
• A non-relevant degree and at least 7 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level).

£17.66 a month / £212 annually

Chartered Fellow (FCILT)

Reserved for those who are influencing and leading the future of the profession.

• At least 7 years experience at a high level of management responsibility within the profession.
