Message from MRG Chair, Paul Le Blond:

The Membership Representatives Group (MRG) which is the main route for members’ views to get to the Board, wants to know what members want from the Institute. In January 2023, the Board will be having a strategy session to review where we are and what our priorities should be for 2023. The current strategy is focused on Education and Professional Development, but is this providing the right sort of opportunities and qualifications for you, the members? Now that we have been able to resume in-person meetings, what do you want from the Institute in terms of support for Nations and Regions, Forums and Policy Groups? You can also send your views on Focus, the website and other communications channels, or any other matter about your membership.

The MRG has a dedicated email address, mrg@ciltuk.org.uk and every contact made will be considered and can be added to the messages given to the Board. Please send us a message saying what you want.
