The MRG is a key link between the CILT Board and its members, enabling two-way communication and ensuring that members' voices are heard on important issues. This is a chance to directly influence the direction of the Institute.

The MRG advises the CILT Board, shares member feedback, and gathers opinions through activities and interactions. This role is crucial to the governance of CILT, ensuring that decisions align with members' needs. To reflect the full diversity of the Institute, CILT is seeking representatives from different nations, regions, forums, and interest groups, as well as members of varying ages, career stages, and backgrounds.

Applicants must hold a MILT, CMILT, or FCILT membership grade. Whether you are:

- Your name, membership grade, and number.
- The areas of the Institute you’re involved with or interested in—such as a region, forum, or interest group.
- Details about your work, experience, and future aspirations.
- A current CV, if available.
