Preparations are underway for the return of the IOM annual conference on November 13, 2014 at the Ettington Chase Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. 

This year’s conference will feature the theme ‘Plan and take control’; considering the needs of the organisations from S&OP down to the daily challenges of creating value for customers. The conference will send delegates who are striving for operational excellence back out, rejuvenated with new ideas and new tools. 

The full line up for the conference has been announced and a host of industry professionals and experts will join colleagues for a day of enlightening presentations and important debates. 

Chair of IOM, Catherine Milner FIOM, will open proceedings as the IOM Operational Excellence Conference returns. 

This year’s conference takes a new shape with the inclusion of four separate sections throughout the day. The event features a main conference, hot topic debates and inspirational speaker corners. Premiering at this year’s IOM conference will be a World Café zone which will provide delegates with the opportunity to interact, collaborate and bring together the precious resources of time, people, knowledge and ideas. 

A series of enthusiastic presentations and discussion sessions led by industry experts will be available throughout. The list of high profile speakers include; Andrew Martin, Dr Emma Philpott, Ken Titmuss MIOM, Calum Lewis MILT and Lynn Mentiply MILT.
